Socks, More Socks, Curry and Books

It has been a good day. Mom sent books, my friend at work brought me socks (socks make me happy... I almost learned to knit socks this weekend- it's the toe seams I need help with...) all of my siblings called or sent greetings, and I had curry for dinner.

Bridget wrote "I OIY OYO A HB A HB BERA" in my notebook for work. It says "I hope you have a happy birthday." It is a good thing she can translate it. She also drew a picture with the two of us holding balloons and flowers. We both have pigtails.

I am going to curl up with a book and sip a cup of tea. What a perfect day.
